The Westward Look Resort is a full service resort located in the Sonoran desert in Tucson, Arizona. All rooms are decorated in Southwest motif. Rooms are larger than standard hotel rooms. Each has a balcony patio. All rooms have coffee makers, irons and mini bars. Rooms have either 1 King or 2 Double beds.

The Westward Look Resort has 3 swimming pools, a fitness center, 8 tennis courts and a Wellness Center that includes massage therapy, body treatments and skin care. The resort has two on-site restaurants as well as room service. Check-out the weather forecast.

Westward Look General Policies

• Check-In time is 4:00 pm and Check-Out time is: 12:00 pm. Guests may check in earlier, based upon availability. The resort will provide baggage check and a changing room if requested.
• Extra person charge is $20 per night for each occupant above 2. There is a 6 person maximum per room.
• Children under 17 stay free in same room as parents.

Reservation Information:

• When making your reservations, you must identify yourself with the group name: CPC 6 Conference.
• Rates do not include a 7.5% state and local taxes.
• These rates will be available to our attendees 3 days prior and 3 days following the conference as long as rooms are available.
• A credit card number is required upon booking your reservation.
• The resort will fax or e-mail confirmations to attendees upon their request. Otherwise, confirmations will be mailed.
• Cancellations made prior to 14 days from your arrival date can be made without penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days will be charged one night room and tax.
• An early departure fee of 50% of the room rate will apply.
• No shows will be charged one night's room and tax.
• Medical, death and family emergency situations will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the reservations manager. Documentation may be required.

Travel

The Tucson International Airport (airport code: TUS) is located approximately 40 minutes from the Westward Look Resort. Nine airlines currently serve TIA, providing nonstop service to 13 cities and connections to more than 75 destinations. There are approximately 60 daily flights.

To the Resort from the Tucson Airport

Driving

Exit airport and turn left on Valencia Road heading West for 4 miles, and exit on to I-19 North. Head North for a few miles exiting on to I-10 West. Stay on I-10 for 10 miles to Ina Road. (Exit #248) turning right on to Ina Road. Head East on Ina for 6 miles to Westward Look Drive, turning left at the stoplight. Follow the signs to the entrance.

Shuttle

Transportation from Tucson International Airport to the Westward Look Resort can be obtained from Arizona Stagecoach (520) 889-1000. Reservations are not required for transportation from the airport.

Arrival: Upon arrival at TIA and after claiming your luggage, follow the overhead Arizona Stagecoach signs inside the airport to the ground level center corridor stagecoach counter. Tell the dispatcher that you are with the CPC 6 Conference and that you are going to the Westward Look Resort. You should depart the airport within 15 minutes. Travel time to the Resort is approximately 21 minutes.

Departure: Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your flight time. Reservations can be made by calling 889-1000 from your hotel or upon your arrival you can make your return reservation during your 15 minute wait time.
